About
Built from the inside out.
Jasmine Katatikarn spent more than twenty years working inside two of the most creatively and technically demanding environments in the industry: Disney (Blue Sky) Animation and Amazon. Creatineers came out of what she learned there, and what she brought back from there.
This isn’t a curriculum built in a classroom. It’s one built from the inside of an industry, handed to students years before they’d normally encounter it.
The mission
Creative confidence. Big ideas. Finished work.
Every student has something to say. Creatineers gives them the tools, the skills, and the space to say it. Through animation, design, storytelling, and creative technology — students don’t just learn. They make. They finish. They surprise themselves.
That’s what we’re here for.
The story
Growing up, creativity wasn’t on the table.
Math. Science. “Practical” things. That was the path. Not because Jasmine wasn’t drawn to art and storytelling. She was. But those weren’t “serious” careers. That’s what she was told, directly and indirectly, from an early age. So she got a BA in Economics and followed the expected road.
It wasn’t until after college that she discovered animation and the entire world where creativity and technology live together. Disney (Blue Sky) Animation. Amazon. A twenty-year career building things she loves, that she’s genuinely great at.
But she’s thought a lot about what it would have meant to know that world existed earlier. To have that spark recognized and nurtured when it was already there, waiting.
A lot of kids have that spark. They just don’t know what to call it, or where it leads.

Creatineers is a response to that gap.
The curriculum was built from her knowledge working in the industry at Disney and Amazon: project-based and fun, combining the arts and tech in ways we use them today. It’s the program she wished she had as a kid.
When a student learns something new and leaves with something they made, the program worked. That’s our success metric.
“Every student has a spark. Creatineers is the program I wished I’d had when I was young. I built it so every kid gets the chance to find theirs.”
